- Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase.

- Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.


- We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

3. Repairs only: 

- We accept custom wig repairs within 7 days of the order delivery date, provided the wig is unused and in its original packaging.


- Repairs must be approved and authorized by our customer service team before being shipped back. Otherwise all custom made wigs Are FINAL SALE.


- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

- We make every effort to accurately represent our wigs through product descriptions and images on our website.


- Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting and individual monitor settings.


- We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by our products.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Guarantee Range:

- Hair must NOT have been warned, colored, cut, or altered in any manner so as not to affect onward sales

 

-The hair must be in its original packaging.

 

Please do not send unauthorized returns. We assume no responsibility for lost items, unauthorized exchanges, or items sent to the incorrect address.

 

Shipping Fee: Shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be sent back and the exchange shipped at your expense.

 

Note: We recommend that you use a shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package.

How to make an Application for a Repair?

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Depending on the situation, we may ask you to send photos/video of the hair

 

The return package must include: Your name, Your contact number, and order ID

Exchanged: Merchandise must be physically received at our home office and all items confirmed correct before a repair can be granted.

Repair Policy on Custom-Made Wigs:

Thank you for choosing our custom-made wig. We strive to provide you with the highest
quality product tailored to your individual preferences. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your custom-made wig, please review our return policy below:

 
1. Eligibility for Repairs:


- We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.


- Only unworn, unaltered, and in the original condition wigs are eligible for return.


- All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact and included when returning the product.


2. Non-Refundable Items:


- We cannot accept returns for any custom-made wigs that have been chemically altered, cut, or styled by the customer or a third-party.


- Wigs that have been improperly cared for or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for returns.


3. Return Process:


- Please contact our customer service within 10 days of receiving your custom-made wig to initiate a Repair.


- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping address.


- The customer bears the responsibility and cost for return shipping, including any import duties or taxes.



4. Repair Policy:


- As custom-made wigs are personalized to individual specifications, we do not offer direct exchanges Repairs only.

 

- In case you wish to replace your custom-made wig, it will be considered a new order. Please note that these return policies apply specifically to custom-made wigs.
